Okay, so after a long stint on LJ and being grounded, I'm back to tblog. Why? Because I can get to it from school.

I dyed my hair black last night. Like Meg White. It's awesome.

Someone stole Mick's guitar.

National AIDS Day

Since yesterday, TBlog was being worked on, I couldn't post about this...

I became interested in the fight with AIDS when i came across Ryan White's Autobiography, "Ryan White: My Own Story". Ryan contracted HIV when the blood products he was using to keep himself alive as a hemophilliac (when your blood doesn't clot as fast as it's supposed to) was contaminated with the virus. When his school system found out that he had AIDS (this was in the early 80's) they were afraid to let him return to school in fear that he might spread the disease. When he fought back against his school, he made friends like Elton John and Alyssa Milano.

As your friend (or just someone who has a blog and you felt like reading it) I strongly urge you to get tested for HIV even if you're not sexually active.
